Joseph Taylor was born about 1808 in Pennsylvania. He died 1890 in Jackson Co, WV.

He was a plasterer.

He married Eliza Jane Archey 14 June 1845 in Bath Co, VA. She was born 1812 in Bath Co, VA. She was the daughter of Joseph Archey and Elizabeth Sifford. Go to the Archey line here.
